A maturing diver, in you

There is a time when one wishes to reach into the past, grab an event out of time, and reshape it using own imagination. The lives of influential or unnoticing moments and passing by stories are all perfect places when you are thinking beyond the past through the future. Good diver values continuous education and dive training as if they become part of those moments and stories in the making.

I came back to the pool and of course the oceans training as a diving professional once again when the past has triggered the good diver in me. Over the years, people in a certain middle age may have already encountered and learned how to deal with a wide range of problems and scenarios that younger divers have yet to encounter. For these divers, diving are of physical challenge not mental age-related problems that could hinder underwater safety.

Rather than a sport, diving is about reconnecting with yourself and the other world around as you take on on an experiential learning adventure in the natural environment. Ones dive into their own personal values and explore our strengths and areas for growth through exciting and challenging activities in nature we may have never come across. Activities people once may have missed in our stories of their life.

There are challenges to diving as ones age but there are also a number of psychological and physical benefits associated with continuing to dive. It can be an incentive to staying in good physical shape. Diving is a very social sport, a great way to travel and meet new friends. Participation in social activities as well as physical activity help to reduce the severity or chances of developing disorders such as anxiety and depression

You are never too old to dive; look no further than the most famous diver of all time-Jacques Cousteau continued to dive until his death at the ripe old age of 87. Needless to say, like a good bottle of wine, we all mature and taste better with years as we spice up our skill being an amateur to a professional.

Today we're living longer. There's always time for a first time for everything. There is always a time we need to reach out the past, connect our present, planning our future and do it all over again.

If a whole new you awaits, the inner self is about to be spoken.
